Introduction 

Sprangers ILDC is the newly established logistic branch of the Sprangers Group in Breda, NL. In close cooperation with Sprangers Bouwbedrijf (Construction), the activities of the branch will be entirely dedicated to the integrated design and turnkey realization of logistic properties.

Sprangers ILDC advises and supports its customers from early concept  through full project realization. Our services not only include building design and configuration and advice on future use or value, but also include an array of matters  like on- or off-balance, financing, finding the right developer/ investor, finding the right location and/or the tenant for your building.

Sprangers ILDC continuously stays abreast with the market developments and anticipates market changes both in logistics and logistics real estate to ensure sustainable design and the future-proof construction of your property. We closely track the latest technological developments in order to maximize the functionality of the building with the purpose of optimize your processes. 
 

Organization 

Sprangers ILDC is, like its sister companies Sprangers Construction and Sprangers Equipment Services, a 100% subsidiary of the Sprangers Group. The construction preparation, engineering, procurement and execution will be the full responsibility of Sprangers Construction in order to guarantee quality, planning and budget.

Sprangers ILDC’s mission is to create added value for all parties involved in the design and construction of logistic properties through contribution of its knowledge of and expertise with logistic real estate in the broadest sense.


Where it starts

If you already know what to build, then we would consider ourselves as being late in the process. Notwithstanding the construction of course,  our market focus and goal is to be involved from scratch. We would like to participate in the process where ideas are being conceived and alternatives considered, thus maximizing our added-value. Sprangers more or less invented CSR. Since the early nineties, Sprangers transferred its shares into the Sprangers Youth Foundation. This foundation has two objectives: ensuring Sprangers’ continuity and autonomy and contributing financial support to sustainable development aid for underprivileged children globally. Sprangers fulfills its social responsibility goals by contributing 70% of its surplus profit to this foundation.
